Diaphragm Isolation Valves

This ultra-small solenoid diaphragm valve provides the outer dimensions and diameter of 5.7 x H27 mm (Pipe Type: H32.5 mm); a feature is that its highly chemically inert. The internal volume of this microvalve is only 1.2 μL (Pipe Type: 4.3 μL). The internal volume of the valve chamber, which can be a dead volume, comprises only 0.75 μL of the internal volume of the valve. The wetted materials for this valve are PEEK and FFKM. FEATURES / CHARACTERISTICS
- Internal structure optimized for a compact size with a more significant flow (orifice diameter of 4.0 mm) than conventional valves.
- Power consumption reduction by approximately 40% compared to equivalent models by other manufacturers.
- When a pump reverses its flow, an operating pressure range of -90 to 300 kPa will enable the valve to operate appropriately for both IN and OUT ports.
- It is compatible with fluid temperatures of up to 95℃, making it applicable in dialysis machine flushing processes. Wetted materials are also resistant to washing liquids such as sodium hypochlorite.
- Coil covered by a case, eliminating concerns of liquids splashing on the valve during maintenance.
- Different port connections are available, including O-ring types, which can be mounted directly on a balance chamber.
- Also suitable for waste lines of various instruments.

This is a solenoid-driven proportional diaphragm valve for chemical fluids and it features a completely controllable flow rate by adjusting the input voltage to the valve.
- Has a very high chemical resistance due to all PTFE wetted parts.
